Quick Referennce

The following describes how to navigate and configure your 1Num voice portal using a touch-tone telephone.

From any touch-tone telephone, dial your 1Num. While your greeting is playing, press the “*” key. You will be prompted to enter your voice portal password. Enter it and then press the “#* key. You will hear a list of menu options.:
  • 1 enters your 1Num voice mail box.
  • 4 allows you to change your Reach Me numbers (which will all ring simultaneously when your 1Num is dialed.)
    • 1 changes your first Reach Me number.
    • 2 changes your second Reach Me number.
    • 3 changes your third Reach Me number.
    • 4 changes your fourth Reach Me number.
    • 5 changes your fifth Reach Me number.
  • 6 changes your Availability Status.
    • 1sets your Availability Status to available so calls to your 1Num will ring your Reach Me numbers.
    • 2 sets your Availability Status to unavailable so calls to your 1Num will be sent directly to your voice mail.
  • 7 turns off delivery of voice mail messages to your e-mail address.
    • 9 confirms that you want to turn OFF delivery of voice mail messages to your e-mail address. This feature can only be turned on from the 1Num Web portal.
  • 8 changes your Receptionist Number, the number that will be dialed if a caller presses “0” after calling your 1Num.
  • 9 allows you to change recorded messages and greetings.
    • 1 changes your main greeting, the message a caller hears when he dials your 1Num.
    • 2 changes your announcement request.
    • 3 changes your call announce recording.
    • 4 changes your unavailable greeting, the message a caller hears when your Availability Status is set to unavailable.
